The Town of Pleasant Valley has an open part time position for an Assistant to the Bookkeeper. Interested candidates should send their resume to: email@example.com or drop off at the Town Hall. Experience with bookkeeping a must. Duties include but not limited to: helping with payroll, entering bills, answering the phone. General familiarity with the use of EXCEL and Word required. Knowledge of KVS accounting systems a plus.
Bower Park will be closed until Spring due to vandalism.
Sometime between Saturday, October 6th and Tuesday morning, October 9th, Bower Park Soccer Fields [off of Ravine Road] were vandalized. Damage has rendered these fields unusable for at least the remainder of this year. Anyone with information relating to this incident is requested to contact the Town of Pleasant Valley at:

Zoe Spagnoli was Crowned Miss Pleasant Valley 2018 on July 28th 2018 in ceremonies held at Pleasant Valley Weekend events.
Zoe Spagnoli, age 6 from Pleasant Valley lives with her Mom, Maura and her Brother, Xavier. She loves to Dance and write books, which all start with “The”. The Flying Tacos and The Crying Apple are just two of the many books Zoe has written. She is very happy to be Little Miss Pleasant Valley and is very excited about riding in the sleigh with Santa during the Festival of Lights Parade and crowning the new Little Miss next year.
Remembering Roger H. Lee as an Army Veteran, and member of the Pleasant Valley American Legion Post 739. He was the Town Building Inspector for 35 years, and a member of the PV Fire Department for 59 years. For all the work Roger has done for his community, he may now rest peacefully.
